A man named Yassine comes home to Morocco and sees a need for cat rescue, as stray cats are everywhere. He finds kittens dumped in the trash, rescues them, and takes them home.
The kittens felt better because they knew they were safe with him. He took them to the vet, where they spent a few days. When he takes them home for the first time, the kittens are greeted by all of the other cats in the home.
Yassmine already has over 50 cats in his home. He is a firm believer in the idea that you should not wait for others to act first. "If you see something that needs to be done, then you should do it," he says. Every time he left the house, he returned with a stray cat.
He had to rent another apartment and space in a pet hotel. He had run out of room in his home to keep all of them. He is running an adoption out of his home and spends a lot of time preparing the cats to be adopted.
Yassmine loves spoiling the cats, as he has treated several stray kittens to their first toys, which they had never been exposed to before, and they loved. "I will not stop rescuing until I am not needed anymore,” he says.
Yassmine has had nine adopters come and adopt the cats to give them a good life, a new family, and the chance for a loving home.
