CountryBucket publishes in exactly three places: this website, CountryBucket.com; our official Facebook page, which is linked from our Contact page; and our official Pinterest page, pinterest.com/countrybucket. That’s the whole list.

What isn’t us

From time to time our stories, images, and name turn up on other websites, apps, video channels, and social accounts we’ve never heard of. We don’t run those, we can’t vouch for them, and some of them lead to unsafe places: fake giveaways, imposter shops, pages built to harvest your information. If a “CountryBucket” turned up somewhere else, treat it the way you’d treat a stranger wearing your neighbor’s name tag.

Watch out for stolen pins

Heads up, friends. Thieves are copying our pins on Pinterest. They keep our picture and change the link. The new link goes somewhere that can hurt you.

Real pins always land on our site. Check the address before you click. “CountryBucket.com” is the real mccoy.

We report these fakes to Pinterest all the time. Please do the same. Pinterest acts faster when more people speak up. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Real CountryBucket links start with countrybucket.com. We will never ask for your password, your banking details, or a payment to read a story. Our stories are free, and the only things we link out to are clearly marked, like the shopping links at the end of some posts.
