Angela Lansbury, known as Mrs. Potts from Beauty and the Beast, performed 'Tale as Old as Time' on stage to celebrate the film's 25th anniversary, bringing tears to many audience members.
Over the years, Beauty and the Beast has had many renditions, but the classic from 1991 will always be the best. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of the film, Angela Lansbury (Mrs. Potts), went onstage to sing “Tale as Old as Time”. And the performance was truly magical. It is no wonder so many people in the audience broke down in tears. I am sure this beautiful song and this wonderful movie will be loved for many more generations.
