Not only did his voice become popular with the masses, but he also was nominated for and won an incredible amount of accolades: He won 2 Billboard Latin Music Awards, including Album of the Year and the Best Selling Classical Album. He also won an Echo Award, 7 World Music Awards, and was nominated for 13 Grammys.
